All returns/exchanges shall be received within 30 days.

Order Process
 Most orders are shipped within 4-7days after orders are placed, big orders may take longer.
After 3 days of your order, we cannot cancel your order. When you encounter a problem in time, please feel free to contact us. We will send your order as soon as possible, orders already ordered cannot be refunded.

About Shipping
 Please note: We ship to a PO Box address. Please send us the correct and acceptable address to ensure the package delivery is successful. We provide fast shipping with tracking number from USPS/UPS/FedEx or other transportation line. If your parcel has a deadline, please contact us to check detail.
 

After we provide the tracking number, UPS/FedEx may delay the update, please be patient, we will help you solve the problem.
